At TweedOutdoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your premium outdoor apparel isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack the Merchandise
Ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box or a similar protective container.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
